Amada HFE 170t 3m Pressbrake

Loading of a remanufactured Amada HFE 170t 3m press brake for a customer in Lancashire.

The machine has undergone a comprehensive remanufacture process – and will perform to the original manufacturers specifications, asnew.

Works included;

Strip and deep clean

Detailed inspection of machine components

2 off Hydraulic ram cylinders removed + sent for remanufacture

(rehone cylinder body, re chrome and polish rod, re assemble with new seal kit)

New Z axis wiring looms and cable management

New Z axis bushings

Measure +check distance pieces for damage – grind/replace as necessary at set to profile using DTI

New footpedal assy complete with cable and connector

New backgauge fingers, balance of finger sub assy reworked and chemi blacked

New Hydraulic oil, oil filter and air breather

New USB emulator and software backup USB

All external panels dipped, inspected, remade as necessary, powder coated in OEM colours

Full service+ calibration

New side doors and safety interlocks

New keypad

AKAS lightguard mounting system reworked to give consistent alignment accuracy

NEW emergency stops

Y axis linear scales cleaned and serviced

90 point QC check
