Amada LC2415Alpha IV 2.5kw Laser

Final stages of preparation of a REMANUFACTURED Amada LC2415 Alpha IV 2.5kw laser, due for delivery to customer on Wednesday.

Customer is upgrading from an Amada LC2415 Alpha III previously supplied by JTES.

The machine will give massive improvements in productivity, with advantages including;

Faster cutting speeds with like for like power consumption
Networkable Windows based touch screen control with vastly improved functionality, including user utilities for all common actions
Massively increased program capacity – complex true shape nests can be run without storage issues
Vastly improved head access for lens and nozzle change
Hugely improved HS sensing system with embedded cabling for excellent reliability
Quick change zero set up lens exchange
Quick change cartridge type nozzle system
Simultaneous movement of all X, Y and Z axis / greater axis speeds giving faster point to point and therefore faster processing times.
Latest generation 2.5 KW CO2 laser source uses same power as previous 2kw but with enhanced thickness + speed capability
Eco cut functionality – high speed cut and pierce of mild steels especially. Pierce time on mild steel typically down to 0.2s from 4s (on 2kw alpha 3)!
