What’s the process that makes the difference?

Works undertaken on this machine included;

Strip and deep clean

Detailed inspection of machine components

Hydraulic ram cylinder removed + sent for remanufacture

(Rehone cylinder body, re chrome and polish rod, re assemble with new seal kit)

Replace cylinder delivery/return hoses

Fit new control CPU with VGA output

Fit newcontrol pendant using OEM parts (from HFE)

New flat panel monitor – 12 inch – and HFE full size keypad

Measure +check distance pieces for damage – grind/replace as necessary and set to profile using DTI

New foot pedal assy complete with cable and connector

New backgauge fingers, balance of finger sub assy reworked and chemi blacked

New Hydraulic oil, oil filter and air breather

New USB emulator and software backup USB

All external panels dipped, inspected, remade as necessary, powder coated in OEM colours

Full service+ calibration

Y axis linear scales cleaned and serviced
